By downloading, installing, or using any Appish application (Soundish, Lockish, or Dockish), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our applications.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to:

Install and use the purchased application on devices you own or control
Receive updates and bug fixes for the lifetime of the product
Access customer support for technical issues

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the application
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Rent, lease, or lend the application to third parties
Use the application for any unlawful purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
Share your license key with others

4. Purchases and Refunds

All purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you agree to their terms of service.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at sales@appish.app within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Updates and Changes

We may update our applications from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time. Major version upgrades may be offered as separate purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the applications, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by Appish. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the applications will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. You use the applications at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Appish from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our applications or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the application and destroy any copies in your possession.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our applications after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
